Do you sell finished dolls or only patterns?

I offer three types of products:

  • Digital PDF sewing patterns
  • DIY sewing kits with materials included
  • Finished handmade dolls, made in small batches

Each product listing clearly states what is included.

Are your patterns suitable for beginners?

Yes — the patterns are written to be beginner-friendly, with clear step-by-step instructions and photos.
Basic experience using a sewing machine is helpful, but no advanced skills are required.

Are the patterns digital or physical?

All patterns are digital PDF downloads unless stated otherwise.
You will receive access to your files immediately after purchase.

I can’t find my download — what should I do?

After purchase, your download link will appear:

  • On the order confirmation page, and
  • In your order confirmation email

If you created an account, you can also access downloads under My Account → Orders.

If you’re still having trouble, feel free to contact me and I’ll help.

Do the DIY kits include everything I need?

DIY kits include the main fabrics and embroidery materials, plus the digital instructions.

You’ll still need some basic tools at home, such as:

  • A sewing machine
  • Scissors
  • Needles
  • Toy stuffing
  • Pins
  • An iron

Each product page lists exactly what’s included and what’s needed.

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

No — the patterns and kits are for personal use only.
Items made from them may not be sold or reproduced for commercial use.

Are the dolls safe for children?

Finished dolls are intended as decorative or heirloom items, unless otherwise stated.
They are not certified as toys and should be used with care.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because of the nature of digital products, downloads cannot be refunded once purchased.

If you have an issue with a file or receive the wrong item, please contact me and I’ll help you resolve it.
