Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy (English)

This is an English translation for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the German version "Widerrufsbelehrung" shall prevail.

Right of Withdrawal (Physical Goods) 

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal (physical products)

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw.

I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back — whichever occurs first.

Returning goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (such as PDF files), once:

  • the performance has begun, and
  • you have expressly agreed that the execution of the contract may begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  • you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular to:

  • PDF sewing patterns
  • digital instructions
  • downloadable files

Important notes for customers

  • Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded.
  • Physical items may be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.
  • Custom-made or personalized items may be excluded from return rights where applicable.
